“In 2017, my journey to Colombia became an unexpected source of inspiration, especially during a visit to a remote island in Cartagena. It was there that a skilled bartender crafted an incredible passionfruit cocktail, leaving a lasting mark on my taste buds. Intrigued and determined to bring a piece of that tropical magic back home, I enthusiastically sought to replicate the exotic concoction upon my return to the States.

Experimenting with various ingredients and techniques, I embarked on a flavorful adventure, testing and refining until I achieved a satisfying blend reminiscent of that Colombian local cocktail. The culmination of my efforts found its debut at a house party on New Year’s Eve in 2017, where friends and guests were treated to the essence of that distant island through a glass – a testament to the unexpected inspirations that travel can bring and the joy of sharing those moments with others.”
